Italian immigration is often subject to clichés... But what is it really like? This is the subject of our next conference in link with our exhibition "Futuro Gentile" by Michele De Lucchi. Italian immigration to our mines is definitely part of the history of the Borinage and coal-mining in Grand-Hornu. It is in this unique place that Anne Morelli will relate these events and try to break down the prejudices...
