Workshop

"I had worked hard for nearly two years, with the sole aim of instilling life into an inanimate body. For this thing, which I had desired to the point of delirium, I had damaged my health. Now that I'd completed it, the splendor of the dream vanished. Disgust and horror soon overtook me."
Frankenstein or the Modern Prometheus, Mary Shelley, 1818.

CID, in collaboration with Marie-Claude Jaumotte (animator, trainer at Hainaut Culture), offers a stimulating creative plunge into the gothic-fantasy world of Mary Shelley's novel "Frankenstein or the Modern Prometheus" (1818).
This writing and visual arts workshop explores the complementary themes of the monster and the augmented human.
You don't need to have read the book to take part in the workshop.
