Fête
In black, yellow or red, join Grand-Hornu in celebrating the "Fête nationale"!
Once again this year, the CID and MACS are joining forces to entertain you all day long, with workshops and concerts. In the evening, with the support of the local administration, we invite you to join us for a fireworks display that will explode with a thousand colors in the sky.
Here's the program:
- 12pm: Concert by accordionist Serge De Luca
- 12 to 6pm: Guided tour of the historic site 12 to 6pm
- 12pm to 6pm: Open space workshop: Invent your ideal architecture (CID)
- 2pm to 6pm: Open space workshop: Around painting (MACS)
- 3pm: Guided tour of the exhibition "Angel Vergara. Dans l'instant" exhibition tour
- 3:30pm: Concert/show "Les Rossignols de l'Ouest" (ages 7 and up)
- 4pm: Guided tour of the "Futuro gentile" exhibition by Michele De Lucchi
- 6pm: Concert by Les Violons de Bruxelles
- 8:30pm: DJ set
- 10:30 pm: Fireworks display
Bouncy castles and antique games will also be on hand.
Foodtrucks and bars on site (for a fee).
